3. Subscriptions

Money Owl offers two subscription plans:

• Basic: Essential tools to manage and visualize your finances. €78 per year annually or €10 per month.
• Premium: Advanced features with AI assistance for deeper insights. €117 per year or €15 per month.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe (via BuzzCrafter UK company). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion:

• Basic Plan: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not extensively used the services, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Premium Plan: Due to the costs incurred from third-party AI services, if you have utilized any AI features or credits, refunds may be limited or not available.

6. Use of AI Services

Our Premium plan includes AI-powered features which may process your data through AI Groq and OpenAI for transaction categorization and user prompt questions.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they utilize the content and insights provided through Money Owl's services.

8. Disclaimer

Money Owl provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee that the services will meet your specific needs or be available uninterrupted or error-free. We expressly disclaim all warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Money Owl's liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of Money Owl's services are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
